Increasing value on agile development projects using design thinking

Design thinking is an ideation process used within the creative industries for years. While some elements of design thinking are present in software development practices, not all of the benefits are fully realized.

This talk will share how our software engineering team at Bluefruit are trying to incorporate certain aspects of design thinking throughout our projects to allow for improved agile software development, especially in the areas of behavior driven development, user story generation, goal identification and ultimately creating more valuable proof of concept and/or minimum viable products.
